TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
VAT-registered sales
Sabai Soul Collections is VAT-registered in Sweden and registered under the EU One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme (OSS registration number: SE840924420201). VAT is charged at the rate applicable in the customer's EU country of residence. For customers outside the EU, VAT is not charged, but local taxes and customs duties may apply.
For customers outside the EU:
VAT is not charged for orders to countries outside the EU. Local taxes and customs duties may apply upon delivery (see below)
Customs duties and import taxes - Important information
Customer responsibility:
As a customer, you are fully responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, import VAT, and administrative fees (e.g., customs clearance fees) that may arise when importing products to your country.
Shipping and stock availability:
Depending on stock availability (e.g., if a certain size, color, or variant is not available in the EU), your order may be shipped from the USA or other countries outside the EU, even if you are located within the EU (including Sweden).
For EU customers:
- Products shipped from our EU-based suppliers to EU countries are normally not subject to customs duties.
- Important: If your order is shipped from the USA, customs duties, import VAT, and customs clearance fees may apply upon delivery, even if you are located within the EU. These fees are paid to the carrier upon delivery.
For customers outside the EU:
Products shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and administrative fees as determined by your country's customs authorities.
No refunds:
Sabai Soul Collections is not responsible for and does not refund customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees charged by customs authorities or carriers. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not refunded in case of return.
Recommendation:
We recommend being aware that customs duties may apply depending on where your order is shipped from. Please contact your local customs office for more information about potential fees before completing your purchase.
