Shipping

Shipping is included in all our prices – no hidden fees at checkout.

Processing time:

All orders are produced and dispatched within 1–3 business days (during peak season 5–7 business days). Estimated total delivery time from order to your door:

  • USA: 3–10 business days (peak season: up to 15 business days)
  • Sweden & EU: 11–35 business days (peak season: up to 40 business days)
  • Rest of the world: 11–35 business days (peak season: up to 40 business days)

Taxes and VAT

VAT-registered sales:

Sabai Soul Collections is VAT-registered in Sweden and registered under the EU One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme. For customers within Sweden and the EU, VAT is included in the price you see at checkout. The applicable VAT rate varies by EU country (e.g., 25% in Sweden, 22% in Finland, 19% in Germany). VAT is clearly shown on your receipt and invoice.

For customers outside the EU:

VAT is not charged for orders to countries outside the EU, but local taxes and customs duties may apply upon delivery (see below).

Customs duties and import taxes

For orders within the EU:

  • Orders shipped from our EU-based suppliers to EU countries are normally not subject to customs duties.
  • IMPORTANT: Depending on stock availability (e.g., if a certain size, color, or variant is not available in the EU), your order may be shipped from the USA or other countries outside the EU, even if you are located within the EU (including Sweden). In such cases, customs duties, import VAT, and customs clearance fees may apply upon delivery. These fees are determined by your country's customs authorities and charged by the carrier upon delivery. Sabai Soul Collections is not responsible for these fees.

For orders outside the EU:

  • Orders shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees as determined by the destination country's customs authorities.
  • The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, and administrative fees that arise when importing to the destination country.
  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for information about potential fees before placing your order.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
