You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, accurate and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use the credit card for the purchase, (iii) the charges incurred on your behalf will be paid by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay the charges incurred on your behalf at the rates stated, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
VAT-registered sales
Sabai Soul Collections is VAT-registered in Sweden. VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in the prices displayed on our website and at checkout for customers within Sweden and the EU. The VAT rate varies by country (25% in Sweden, varying rates in other EU countries according to the OSS system).
Prices displayed on our website are final prices including VAT for customers within Sweden and the EU. The VAT rate applied corresponds to the rate applicable in your EU country of residence, collected via the EU OSS scheme. Prices exclude shipping, handling, and potential customs duties for international deliveries.
Customs duties and import taxes
Customer responsibility:
The customer is fully responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, import VAT, and administrative fees (e.g., customs clearance fees) that may arise when importing products to the destination country.
Orders within the EU:
- Products shipped from our EU-based suppliers to EU countries are normally not subject to customs duties.
- Important: Depending on stock availability (e.g., if a certain size, color, or variant is not available in the EU), your order may be shipped from the USA or other countries outside the EU, even to EU destinations (including Sweden). In such cases, customs duties, import VAT, and customs clearance fees may apply upon delivery, even if the destination is within the EU. The shipping country is automatically determined based on where the ordered product variant is in stock.
Orders outside the EU:
Products shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and administrative fees as determined by the destination country's customs authorities.
No refund of customs duties:
Sabai Soul Collections is not responsible for and does not refund customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees charged by customs authorities or carriers. These fees are the customer's responsibility.
Information before purchase:
Since the shipping country depends on stock availability, we cannot always guarantee from where your order will be shipped. We recommend being aware that customs duties may apply, especially if the product is shipped from the USA or other countries outside the EU. Please contact your local customs office for more information about potential fees.
Price changes
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Prices applicable at the time of your order are the prices that will be charged.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance or events beyond our control. When we hand over the products to the courier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
