REFUND POLICY

Return rights

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days from the date you received the product.

EU consumer right of withdrawal:
If you are a consumer within the EU, you have the right to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received the product, without needing to provide a reason.

Return conditions

For a return to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in original condition (unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging)
  • You must be able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days (or 14 days for EU consumers under the right of withdrawal)

Non-returnable products

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Personal hygiene products
  • Hazardous or flammable goods
  • Sale items or gift cards

Return process

  1. Contact us at support@sabaisoulcollections.com to initiate a return
  2. We will send you instructions on how to return the product
  3. Send back the product according to our instructions
  4. Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be processed

Refunds

Refund amount:
Shipping and VAT are included in the product price. For approved returns, the full amount paid will be refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is on our part.

Customs duties and import taxes:
If you have paid customs duties, import VAT, or customs clearance fees upon delivery, we unfortunately cannot refund these fees. These fees are determined and collected by customs authorities and carriers, and we have no control over them. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information about potential refunds of customs duties.

Return shipping:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

Refund method:
Refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days after the return has been approved.

Damaged or incorrect products

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@sabaisoulcollections.com with photos of the product. We will replace the product or provide you with a full refund, including shipping costs.
